Based on the outskirts of Farnham, Surrey, I can travel throughout the South East, South and Home counties in under two hours which makes me the perfect choice for your function. If the venue where you are holding your function has requested copies of Public Liability Insurance and a Portable Appliance Test certificate, then we can speak to them direct and arrange to provide copies and this also gives me the opportunity to discuss access, space available for setting up, which leaves you free to concentrate on other matters.
